but when its good for the clan to do sth. against the rules... why not hm?
That is possible in some cases, but not with our rules. Crazzyhorse and me updated the rules a little bit yesterday, and the remaining rules are not really rules to be broken. Make an exception to let someone join without xfire? No. That's just stupid. If they would get xfire when they're in [Immortal] they can get xfire before they join [Immortal] aswell. I don't see the point why they would be allowed to join without xfire.
Now for the other rules I don't think I need to explain that there can't be made exceptions, except for this multiclan rule maybe.

no multiclaning -> everyone has got his concentration in one clan (forever is also a clan)
Let me first agree with you in the last point, indeed Forever# is a clan aswell, but when I became leader I agreed with Skywalker and the attending council that 1.1 could be viewed as another game.
About the concentration part, I have to disagree with you on that one. I don't wanna be a dickhead, but I could run [Immortal] very well when I was leader, although I also was in Forever#, and I'm leader/administrator there too. You can't forbid people to not join a clan on another game in my opinion, you can ask them to have [Immortal] as priority if it doesn't work out though.
Then my and your final point, multiclanning with a friendly clan to help them.
I'm sure you can help enough without joining the clan, and if that isn't enough, you can leave [Immortal] for a short period of time to help the clan, like I did with MG-12. Because if you let that person multiclan, you create a precedent that can be used later by others.

maybe you should think about (my/)the meaning of rules =PP
