Very interesting game indeed. It's definitely worth a shot when it comes out.

Why you should get it:

1)It's FREE! (it has a cash shop, but they are certain you wont be able to buy power and it won't affect your experience if you don't get stuff, things like; more backpack slots, cosmetic changes etc.)

2)It has PvE in an open world with dynamic quests. An example is that this native "tribe" launches an assault on one of the main cities/ trading hubs, and players are updated with this information and are recommended to defend it. If they don't and the town is taken over, then you can't use the facilities in it. Another quest thing is one you can make yourself sorta, you call down this machine that extracts minerals and have to defend it for as long as you can or until it's full.

3)It has competitive PvP. This means, not just casual servers, funwars and relying on other people for real competitive play. (details are still in the works on this)

4)Army/clan/guild support. This means clans are not just a tag, blah blah more details

5)Levels OMFG. You don't just level up your character, you lvl your "battleframes" aka your unit. (medic/assault/recon/???). So you can be a level 3 medic and a level 20 assault. As you level up you can add modules onto your weapons and unlock abilities. Modules improve various aspects (reload time, clip size, etc.)

6)Jetpacks/boots/gliders. Yeh.

I'd maybe play the game, but I'm not sure yet. I tried playing world of warcraft, but I'm not much of a MMO(RPG) player really. I could give it a try though. Guess there's gonna be a monthly fee as well though

There indeed is a choice between Republic/Empire and PvP/PvE/RP.

But I think if we'd move with Immortal to this game we should go with PvP, and make a choice between Republic/Empire.

I do have my doubts about Immortal going to this game though. It might be better to just create a guild with the name Immortal with the members who play it, but not really link it to this clan.
