i had the same Problem:

if you make this it will work:

Anyway, then click on HARDWARE AND SOUND,
and then click SOUND.
A window will pop up.
Navigate to the RECORDING tab in the top,
then RIGHT CLICK on some open white space
and select "Show Disabled Devices."
Hopefully, if you are still in the RECORDING tab,
a new icon will appear called "STEREO MIX."
RIGHT CLICK on the SETEREO MIX icon and select "Enable."

Thanks GalaticFear, got it working again, turns out i have to plug in my microphone, go figure. Never in a million years would i have thought of that.

Loading the maps is a bit slower, but overall it works.

I have a big problem, an automatic update on windows 7 has prevented me from playing this game, i can not even play single player on the computer. I have tried everything, but nothing is working.

The game loads ok, and i can choose what i wish to do, but as soon as the map loads, the game stops, and i return to windows.

Hopefully a newer update will be available soon.

Has anyone else had the same problem???

Btw, I have not been able to get on the server at all lately.
It hasn't been showing up at all for me. Only the "[Immortal]fw." Is this because it's ALWAYS full or im having issues?
